Because ASB products are agricultural inputs, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure product integrity and proper handling.

If you receive a damaged shipment or have a product quality concern, please contact Grower Support within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details.

Unopened, unused product in original packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Freight and bulk/tote orders may be subject to additional return logistics and restocking considerations — contact Grower Support for details specific to your order.
